Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling anxious, down, overwhelmed, or unable to focus, I want to understand what that looks like in your everyday life. I’m curious by nature, I ask questions, and I take your experience seriously. My approach to psychiatry considers how your physical health, sleep, stress, and lifestyle may be contributing to how you feel.

My approach to therapy

I start by listening to what’s been difficult and what you’d like help with. We’ll explore your symptoms and treatment options, including whether medication could help, while considering factors like sleep, nutrition, hormonal changes, and other health concerns. I’ll explain my recommendations and make room for your questions and preferences. Together, we’ll build a practical plan and check in on how it’s working for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is a chance to share what’s been going on, what you’ve tried, and what you hope will feel different. We’ll talk through your mental and physical health history, daily routines, and current concerns. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, with clear next steps and a plan we can adjust together.
