Great to meet you!

It’s wonderful to meet you!

As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I believe that caring for your mental health is an important part of creating a healthier, more fulfilling life. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m glad you’ve taken this step toward feeling your best.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I specialize in treating depression, ADHD, anxiety, and mood instability, using thoughtful medication management and evidence-based strategies to help clients achieve greater emotional wellness and daily functioning. I believe in truly listening to my clients, creating a comfortable and judgment-free environment, and working together to develop a treatment plan that feels both manageable and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns, challenges, and treatment goals. Together, we will develop an individualized plan focused on achieving greater stability and improving your overall quality of life. For clients with ADHD, I focus on improving attention, executive functioning, and thought patterns in ways that make everyday life more manageable and productive. For those experiencing depression, the goal is to improve mood, motivation, and energy so you can get more out of each day. When treating anxiety, I work with you to reduce overwhelming symptoms and develop a greater sense of calm, confidence, and emotional well-being.
