I have over 5 years of experience working with primary and secondary victims of childhood sexual abuse and human trafficking. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialties in anxiety, depression, life transitions, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, family relationships, trauma, and adolescent & teen mental/behavioral health, I utilize strategies from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to guide clients as they navigate their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
