Great to meet you!

My goal is to empower you to identify and overcome personal obstacles that are preventing you from getting the most out of life. I strive to create a warm, empathetic, understanding and, most importantly, collaborative environment.

My approach to therapy

My background is in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and my hope is to help you live a more meaningful life. ACT is a safe, evidenced-based approach that helps one live in the moment and move toward more valued behaviors. By learning how to handle unwanted thoughts, feelings, and urges more effectively, you can overcome even your most difficult problems, building a more satisfying life.

What you can expect from me

Working together, we will tackle life’s challenges—whether they may be problems of anxiety, self-esteem, or unhealthy patterns of behavior. I specialize in treating adults with anxiety, OCD, phobias, eating disorders, and life transitions. I also work with transgender individuals.
