Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work to treat the whole person. With over 10 years of experience in social work, I have shifted my focus in the last 5 to treating people through times of anxiety, transitions in life and strengthening self-stability. Congratulations on taking this next step in your mental health!

A bit about my approach to therapy

When working with the whole person, I am here to listen and understand all aspects of why you seek therapy. I take a partnered approach in the therapeutic journey with a strength-based and solution-focused perspective. I will be there to challenge you, listen to you and support you throughout.

What you can expect from our first session

We will start with an introductory session where I can learn why you are seeking therapy as well as some therapeutic goals. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for every session, adding some humor when needed! We will work together to build skills and understanding of self throughout our time together.
