Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Alexa, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience working in school, hospital and private practice settings. Whether you're seeking support as an individual, couple, or family, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a path toward healing and wellness that feels authentic to you.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy concerns, family conflict, and life transitions, and I tailor each session to meet your unique goals using evidence-based approaches.

My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.

In-person sessions are held at Gemini Sisters Farm in Skillman NJ, a peaceful wellness center where nature provides a calming backdrop for reflection, healing, and personal growth. While therapy is grounded in evidence-based clinical care, many clients find that the serene environment enhances their ability to slow down, reconnect, and fully engage in the therapeutic process.

Whether you're facing a difficult season or looking to strengthen your relationships and overall well-being, I'm here to help you take that next step.

My approach to therapy

I believe that meaningful growth comes from being willing to do the hard work, but you don't have to do it alone. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and personalization because every person has a unique story and I want to understand yours. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for change, and build healthier relationships with yourself and the people around you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to heal, grow, and move toward the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll explore what brings you to therapy, your vision for yourself, what you're looking for in a therapist, and identify meaningful goals that support your well-being. I also encourage you to interview me! Seriously! This is your space to ask questions about my approach, the therapy process, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable. My hope is that you'll leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and confident about the journey ahead.
