Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker who believes that prioritizing mental health is essential to overall well-being. I’m so glad you’re here—taking the first step toward healing is a courageous act. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in supporting first responders, adults, and seniors navigating substance use, codependency, mood disorders, trauma, family conflict, and relationship challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm and inviting space where you feel comfortable, safe, and understood as you share your needs. Collaboration is key to our work together, and I value open communication, mutual respect, and curiosity. I will be here to support, listen, and challenge you in meaningful ways as we work toward your growth and healing

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, you'll have the opportunity to share your story, feel heard, and identify the goals you'd like to work toward in therapy. Together, we'll create a plan to help you achieve those goals in the sessions ahead.
