Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a licensed mental health counselor that specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a collaborative, person-centered approach. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation—where humor, honesty, and humanity all have space. After completing my Master's in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from NYU, I primarily work with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you make sense of your emotions, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and build tools for moving through life with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship itself, so I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and uniquely tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

While I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — I’ll always work to adapt our sessions in a way that fits your needs, goals, and personality. Whether that means incorporating humor, deep reflection, or practical tools, we’ll figure out what works best for you together!
