Great to meet you!

My practice focuses on how codependency, anxiety and trauma impact relationships. I support individuals and couples with setting boundaries, honoring their needs and emotions, and building relationships they desire. My areas of expertise include anxiety, relationships issues, codependency, and trauma. Using evidence-based approaches, we’ll work together to find strategies that help you navigate anxiety and stress in your relationships and regain a sense of control when life feels overwhelming. I believe the therapeutic relationship can be incredibly healing. Sometimes, what you need most is someone who truly listens, offers empathy, compassion, and understanding, rather than quick solutions. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. There is no pressure to dive into anything before you’re ready. We’ll focus on building trust and creating a safe, supportive space where you can ease into the process and feel more at home within yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, deep, and collaborative. I will help you slow down and explore the unconscious stories that are running the show. Together, we will work to rewrite them and give you tools so you can move through life and relationships with more confidence, clarity, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

I believe the success in therapy strongly lies in the connection and relationship built between us. I use the first session to gather information about you, your background, and experiences to paint a picture of how I can best help you. We will collaborate on styles of therapy that may work best, as well as any goals you’d like to achieve through our work together.
