Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Alexa, and I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with clients navigating things like anxiety, grief, life transitions, stress, and the overwhelm that can come with balancing everyday life. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and never judged. Together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and supported both in and outside of sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, creative, and deeply relational. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely seen, comfortable, and connected, so building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the center of my work. I bring my personality into sessions and tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, using both compassion and honesty to support growth. While I strive to create a safe and supportive space, I also believe in gently challenging clients when needed to help encourage insight, confidence, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming space where we’ll start getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain from the process, and any challenges you may be facing, all at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and genuinely connected so we can begin building a strong therapeutic relationship from the start. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming in- we’ll navigate it together.
