Great to meet you!

Maybe you're working through a divorce, weighed down by depression, or living with an anxiety that makes everyday things feel heavier than they should. Whatever you're facing, you deserve a space where you feel understood and supported, exactly as you are. I work with adults and teens moving through life's harder transitions, and I bring the steady, patient presence I've built supporting students and families through their own tough seasons. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and focused on what's actually happening in your life right now. Together we'll set goals that matter to you and build concrete tools you can use between sessions, whether that's quieting anxious thoughts, working through a big change, or finding your way back to yourself. I'll meet you where you are, with zero judgment, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just about getting to know each other. You'll share what's bringing you in and what you're hoping for, and I'll ask some questions to understand your story. There's no pressure to get into the hard stuff right away. By the end, you'll have a feel for how we'd work together, and a sense that you're in good hands.
