Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you - whether that’s anxiety, perfectionism, relationship struggles, OCD, burnout, or feeling disconnected from yourself? Therapy can be more than just talking about your week. Alexa offers a warm, collaborative, and deeply personalized approach that helps clients better understand themselves, heal underlying wounds, and create lasting change. Drawing from IFS, ERP, ACT, relational therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, Alexa tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs and experiences.

My approach to therapy

She specializes in treating anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, self-esteem, relationship struggles, and emotional overwhelm, helping clients move beyond fear, self-criticism, and survival mode toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. Her goal is for clients to feel seen, supported, and understood.

What you can expect from me

With a master’s degree from NYU and a multicultural background shaped by growing up in Mexico City and living in the U.S. for two decades, Alexa understands the complexities of identity, belonging, and balancing different worlds. Her goal is to help clients build a more connected and fulfilling relationship with themselves - not just manage symptoms.
