Great to meet you!

I graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2023 with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I strive to create a warm, curious space where you can explore your inner and outer worlds. I’m passionate about helping my clients find balance and build habits that support emotional well-being. If you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or major life changes, I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening and discover new ways to move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I use a mix of person-centered approaches to help you better understand yourself and the world around you. We’ll focus on what’s most important to you and develop skills to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I’ll meet you where you are, move at your pace, and help you start noticing what feels off and what’s already working well in your life. My hope is for you to leave our first meeting feeling seen, supported, and encouraged about the path ahead.
