Why We'll Work Well Together

  • You are the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your story and move toward the life you want.
  • I bring warmth, authenticity, and a genuine curiosity about the people I work with, so you can expect a space that feels both professional and real.
  • I believe therapy doesn't have to feel heavy every session; there is room for lightness, humor, and honest conversation alongside the deeper work.

If you are ready to break free from patterns that are holding you back and start showing up as who you truly want to be, I am here for every step of that journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on your own life. From our first session, I will create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard. My role is to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and guide you toward meaningful insight and growth.

I draw on an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to you, including CBT to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, Person-Centered therapy to honor your strengths, Motivational Interviewing to support meaningful change, and culturally sensitive frameworks that center your background and lived experience.

As a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, I also ensure language is never a barrier to feeling understood.

Our work will be collaborative and flexible; we will define clear goals, track progress, and adjust as needed. I bring genuine warmth and clinical grounding to every session, with room for lightness when it helps.

My goal is simple: to help you feel less stuck, more connected to yourself, and ready to step into the life you want.

What you can expect from me

What You Can Expect

  • Your first session is about you feeling comfortable and understood. I will take the time to listen, get to know your story, and begin mapping out what you hope to achieve through our work together.
  • You can expect a warm, welcoming space where there is no pressure to have everything figured out; just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
  • From there, you can expect a genuine partnership built on trust and respect, with clear goals so you always know what we are working toward and can recognize your progress along the way.
  • I will adapt our approach as you grow, whether that means exploring deeper patterns, building coping skills, or simply having space to process what life is throwing at you. Through it all; your pace, your privacy, and your values will always be respected.
