Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience in the behavioral health field as a counselor and clinical supervisor. I specialize in depression, anxiety and life transitions. I am a mindful and compassionate listener that offers perspective and sometimes humor in sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach as a counselor is to light the way on a path to a more fulfilling life. I utilize a variety of theories and techniques to offer an eclectic approach that is individualized, compassionate and client centered. You deserve a therapist that will actively listen to your struggle to provide realistic, non-judgmental and clinically informed guidance.

What you can expect from me

I believe that each individual is capable of growth and change. Most of the time clients accomplish this by using the strengths they already have. When facing depression, anxiety, life changes and stress it can be very difficult to see a solution on your own. I understand this and work with you to make the process as comfortable as possible. Together we can be partners on your journey to emotional wellness. Please call or e-mail to set up initial consultation or appointment.
