Great to meet you!

I have 3 years of full-time experience conducting therapy with kids and adults in school-based and hospital settings through practice and training at Tufts Medical Center and The Home for Little Wanderers. I obtained my Master's in clinical mental health counseling from Merrimack College in 2023, and my Bachelor's in psychology from Messiah University in 2021. I have significant experience working with clients struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, chronic pain/illness management and grief, among others. I am currently working toward additional certification for treating gambling disorders, and have research interest in sports/performance psychology and men's mental health.

My approach to therapy

I draw from many theories of the therapy process and do my best to meet each client and what could be most helpful to their needs. An approach I like to practice with many clients is Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), where we discuss control, our limitations of it, and how to make healthy decisions according to the values that are most important to you.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I like to get to know you, perform a brief intake to understand your goals and how I can best support you, and answer any questions!
