Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist you actually feel comfortable with matters more than anything else. I work with adults, young adults, and kids across Massachusetts navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. I also work closely with men navigating stress, identity, and emotional overwhelm. I trained at Tufts Medical Center and The Home for Little Wanderers, holding a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. Beyond credentials, I prioritize honest fit; if we aren't the right match, I'll be upfront with you from day one.

My approach to therapy

I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, adapting these tools to fit your real life rather than forcing you into a rigid formula. A central focus in my work is exploring control: identifying what is actually in your hands, what isn't, and how to make choices aligned with your values even during tough seasons. This isn't a generic 'just look on the bright side!', it's a practical, grounded framework to help life feel lighter and more livable.

What you can expect from me

Expect a conversation, not an interrogation. In our first session, I spend time listening to what brought you here, what you've already tried, and what you hope to get out of therapy. You don't need to have everything figured out beforehand, as working through it together is the whole point. By the end of our call, we'll have a clear, actionable plan for moving forward. I offer flexible early-morning and evening availability to work around school and work schedules.
