Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, trauma, life transitions and much more. I have extensive experience working with high acuity teens, and I also work with adults of all ages who are navigating imbalance, self-acceptance uncertainty, or emotional overload. I support parents who need guidance in understanding their child’s needs or simply a calm place to process their own feelings. No matter your age or background, if you are struggling to find balance and peace in life, I am here to help.

My approach begins with the belief that life poses great challenges for all of us. Through these challenges, we develop adaptive patterns that may help us survive but can also bring disharmony. I aim to help you bring awareness to these patterns, loosen their grip, and reshape them so you can find greater balance and harmony in your relationship with yourself, others, and the world.

My approach to therapy

My style is understanding, accepting, and patient. I work collaboratively and gently, moving at your pace. I support clients exploring anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship stress, trauma, OCD, identity questions, anger, physical health challenges, grief and loss, cultural stress, LGBTQIA+ concerns, men’s issues, and PTSD.

Together, we will explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, build practical tools that support emotional regulation, and create room for more clarity and calm. I often draw from mindfulness and mind-body principles, helping you reconnect with inner steadiness and grounding.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, you can expect a warm, unhurried space where you can speak freely and feel genuinely understood. I will listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you explore what feels heavy and what you hope will shift. We’ll identify what balance and harmony look like for you, then work together toward that vision with compassion and intention.

A bit about me personally: I enjoy spending time in nature, practicing meditation, and focusing on the mind-body connection. These practices help me stay grounded, and I often incorporate similar principles into our work together.

If you are ready to explore your story and move toward more peace and balance, I would be honored to support you.
