Great to meet you!

In addition to my existing clinical license and experience, I'm close to completing a PhD in Psychology which allows me to bring a deeper understanding of trauma and mental health to treatment. I'm experienced in treating depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsion, personality disorders, serious mental illness, relationships, religious abuse, and queer identities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Whatever it is that brings you here, I’m confident we can find a path of healing and growth that's just right for you! To find that path, I combine proven therapies with my unique experiences, education, and an empathetic and empowering approach. When needed, I will challenge you and hold you accountable as we work toward the change/healing you want.

What you can expect from our first session

If you choose to work with me, I can commit to creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore, learn, be challenged, heal, and grow. I am approachable and will always welcome your questions/feedback. I view you as the expert of your story, and I respect your knowledge.
