Great to meet you!

Immediate in-person and virtual availability for clients throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno, North Las Vegas, and all of Nevada.

I am Alexander Linderman, LCPC, NCC, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), and an EMDR-trained therapist. I specialize in helping adults and couples heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, grief, burnout, and life experiences that continue to affect them long after the event has passed.

Many of my clients are professionals, first responders, healthcare workers, parents, and partners who appear successful on the outside but privately struggle with overwhelming emotions, intrusive memories, chronic stress, or feeling stuck. They are often tired of simply managing symptoms and are looking for lasting healing.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) alongside evidence-based therapies to help your brain naturally process painful experiences so they no longer have the same emotional intensity. Rather than spending years repeatedly talking about the past, our work focuses on helping you heal the root of the problem so you can move forward with greater confidence, peace, and resilience.

When it aligns with your values, I also offer Christian faith integration in a respectful and nonjudgmental manner.

You don't have to continue carrying the weight of trauma alone. Healing is possible, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My practice is trauma-informed, collaborative, structured, and focused on measurable progress. While every client is unique, EMDR serves as one of my primary treatment approaches for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, negative core beliefs, childhood experiences, and distressing memories that continue to affect daily life.

In addition to EMDR, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, attachment-based interventions, and nervous system regulation techniques. Together, these approaches help clients:

  • Process traumatic memories safely without becoming overwhelmed
  • Reduce anxiety, panic, and chronic stress
  • Heal negative beliefs such as "I'm not good enough," "I'm unsafe," or "I'm unlovable"
  • Improve emotional regulation
  • Strengthen relationships and communication
  • Build lasting resilience and self-confidence

Sessions are active, goal-oriented, and individualized. You'll learn practical skills while also addressing the deeper experiences that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is not simply to help you cope—but to help you experience genuine healing and lasting change.

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and purposeful. I'll challenge you with compassion, celebrate your progress, and provide clear direction throughout the healing process. If desired, Christian principles can also be thoughtfully incorporated into treatment.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who listens carefully, challenges you respectfully, and creates a safe environment where healing can occur. I value honesty, collaboration, and measurable progress. Whether we're using EMDR to process trauma or developing practical strategies for life's current challenges, we'll work together toward goals that matter to you.

My hope is that therapy becomes more than a place to talk—it becomes a place where meaningful transformation happens.
