Great to meet you!

I have worked in the creative arts in the past which gives me an ability to observe and connect with clients regardless of their differences. I love helping others and it is a true passion of mine. Because I have worked with most cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds including LBGT, Adolescents and those working in the creative arts, I gear the treatments to the individual and encourage clients to take control of their treatment. I have worked with individuals struggling with most diagnoses and coping with life itself, I can connect to the specific needs of each client as well as the style of therapy best fitting those needs.

Laughter is a potent medicine that I find useful. I have always believed in the power of counseling and that has only grown the longer I practice. With parents who believed in and supported counseling as a growing tool, I have been fortunate to sit on that side of treatment, giving me an advantage in connecting with clients. Privacy always protected..

To reach our potential we have to be willing to take a leap of faith to break through the fears that can block us. I was fortunate to have a mother who was my greatest mentor. That is what I gladly pass on to help others. Start your journey to a better you today.

My approach to therapy

I use multiple approaches based on the individual

What you can expect from me

I encourage clients work between sessions on what they themselves take away from a session and to explore what they would like to bring to the next session. I also do give homework when it may assist a client on their journey.
