Great to meet you!

If you are experiencing mental health or relationship issues, I'm here for you! As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am devoted to serving individuals, couples, and families alike. I received my Masters in Family Therapy in 2015, then went on to complete my PhD in 2022. In over 8 years as a clinician, I have had extensive training and experience working with clients dealing with ADHD, depression, trauma, acute stress, addiction, relationship/family issues, and much more.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I take a step into my client's reality to fully understand what they are experiencing. I work collaboratively with clients to uncover possible solutions by applying practical strategies, exploring communication patterns, and more.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect to discuss their identified problem and how they notice it play a role in their lives. From there, we may explore possible therapeutic goals. My overall goal as a therapist to provide clients with a safe space explore their emotional horizons or what "could be". Allow me to join you on your journey toward change!
