Great to meet you!

Hello there!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I enjoy working with teens and adults, and I especially love supporting folks within the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. Each person’s mental health journey is unique, and at times, your struggles may feel dismissed or misunderstood. My goal is to help people of all ages feel seen, heard, safe, and valued.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert of your experiences. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and centered around you. I use a variety of different therapies to uniquely and creatively support each person I work with, because no two people are the same.

I am trained in EMDR, which helps people process and heal from painful or overwhelming experiences that may still be affecting them today. Whether you have experienced trauma or find yourself stuck in certain patterns or emotions, EMDR can help people feel calmer, lighter, and more in control of their lives.

At the heart of my work is helping you feel more like you—more connected, more understood, and more at ease in your world.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, relaxed, welcoming space where you can simply be yourself. We’ll talk about what’s been feeling hard, what brought you here, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. I’ll meet you right where you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Taking that first step into therapy takes courage, and I’ll likely remind you of that! I feel deeply honored to be part of that process and to walk with people as they begin creating meaningful change in their lives.
