Great to meet you!

I believe each person is the expert of their own life, and my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in school-based and clinical mental health settings, where I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group therapy.

I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem concerns, relationship and attachment issues, parenting stress, and life transitions. My approach integrates evidence-based treatments such as CBT and DBT with strength-based, mindfulness, and body-aware techniques, creating a supportive and collaborative space tailored to each client’s needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based. I believe each person is the expert of their own life, and I work alongside clients with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT, while also integrating mindfulness and body-aware techniques to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and meaningful change. Therapy is tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and lived experiences.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a safe, supportive foundation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant background, while also reviewing logistics and next steps. There is no pressure to share everything at once—my goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and supported as we begin working together.
