Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting adoptees, couples, individuals, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and relationship challenges. I have particular expertise working with people in the adoption and foster care community, including couples building their family through adoption, parents of adopted children, and adoptees themselves.

I’m based in Sherman Oaks, California, and I offer virtual sessions throughout California to make care more accessible and convenient.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach that helps people better understand their emotions, strengthen connection, and create more secure relationships. In therapy, I aim to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can explore what feels difficult, better understand your patterns, and work toward meaningful change.

Because of both my professional training and personal experience in adoption, I bring a deep understanding of the unique emotional and relational experiences that can come with adoption and foster care. I tailor therapy to each person or family’s needs and help clients move toward greater connection, healing, and stability.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater insight into themselves, their relationships, and the challenges they are facing. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and equipped with practical tools for managing emotions, improving communication, and building a more fulfilling family and relational life.

Whether you are feeling disconnected in your relationship, coping with anxiety or depression, or processing grief, loss, or adoption-related experiences, I’m here to help you find a path forward with clarity and support.
