Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and if you're here, I'm already proud of you.

My career has allowed me to support children, teens, adults, families, healthcare professionals, and individuals navigating some of life's most difficult moments

I have a special passion for helping healthcare professionals, caregivers, and anyone experiencing secondary trauma.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are. I'll bring empathy, honesty, and maybe even a little humor.

Outside of work, you'll probably find me watering all my house plants, trying to cook through entire cookbooks and trying every new Trader Joe's snack so you don't have to.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a change, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy starts with meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you're overwhelmed, skeptical, hopeful, or somewhere in between, you'll be met with compassion, honesty, and zero judgment.

I'll celebrate your wins, gently challenge you when it helps you grow, and work alongside you to create meaningful goals that fit your life. I take my work seriously—but therapy doesn't always have to feel heavy. Sometimes a little humor can be part of the healing.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to make our first session feel more like a conversation than an interrogation. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what's been weighing on you, and what you'd like life to look like moving forward.

You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. We'll take it one step at a time and create a plan together that feels realistic, supportive, and centered around you.
