Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and families affected by substance use and gambling addiction. I have worked across all levels of care and with people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. Using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client, I provide empathetic, nonjudgmental support to help you overcome addiction, heal relationships, and build lasting sobriety. I hold a Master’s degree from Seton Hall University and bring both professional expertise and personal life experience with addiction, allowing me to deeply connect with the challenges my clients face.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies to meet each client’s unique needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build skills in emotional regulation, mindfulness, and distress tolerance. I also incorporate Motivational Interviewing (MI) to strengthen clients’ own motivation for change and support them in setting realistic, achievable goals.

What you can expect from me

I believe in a holistic approach to healing—integrating techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, and stress-reduction practices to support overall well-being. This blend of clinical expertise and holistic strategies helps clients not only address addiction but also develop healthier coping skills and maintain long-term recovery.
