Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. You might be dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or patterns that keep repeating despite your insight and effort. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and create real, lasting change.

I often work with adults navigating complex relationships, caregiver stress, life transitions, and the long-term effects of childhood experiences. Many of my clients are self-aware and motivated but tired of feeling like they “should be doing better.”

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT with deeper work around attachment, trauma, and parts (IFS-informed). I help clients build emotional regulation skills while also exploring the root causes behind their struggles so you’re not just coping, you’re actually healing.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect honesty, compassion, and tools you can actually use in your daily life. If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and feel more grounded and confident, therapy can help and you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
