Great to meet you!

I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood, to carry the weight of others’ expectations, and to silently battle feelings of being unseen or misjudged. Life can sometimes feel like a series of obstacles that leave us questioning who we really are, especially when we’re constantly fighting to be heard. If you’ve ever felt like you’re carrying more than your fair share of emotional baggage, or that you’re always trying to prove yourself in spaces where you don’t quite fit in, I want you to know—you’re not alone.

I believe that pain, although difficult, doesn’t have to define us. In fact, it can be the very thing that leads to our greatest strength. Through our work together, we will uncover how your experiences, your story, and your unique perspective are powerful tools in your healing and growth. I’ll help you understand and embrace your journey, so you can transform the pain you’ve carried into a force that empowers you to show up as your fullest, most authentic self.

Whether you’ve faced systemic barriers, toxic relationships, or personal challenges that have left you feeling small or unheard, I am here to walk alongside you. In our sessions, you’ll find a space where you can express yourself freely, without judgment—where we can dig deep into the root causes of your struggles and create a plan to turn those moments of hurt into moments of empowerment.

You don’t have to keep battling alone. Together, we’ll create a path forward that allows you to reclaim your power and move toward a future that reflects who you truly are. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and valued, and I’m here to help you make that happen.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My academic background is in counseling and education. Though in the field of psychology, the focus of counseling and education are quite different. It is this contrast that provides my unique lens in therapy. Additionally, with years of experience in various settings, I use an integrative approach to therapy. I believe the power of the therapeutic relationship is the most transformative aspect of therapy; as such, I seek to create a safe space for collaboration, exploration, and inclusion.
