Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of In Bloom Wellness, where I view therapy as a collaborative process of helping you rediscover the potential you already carry. For over a decade, I've had the honor of supporting kids, teens, young adults, and parents in becoming happier and healthier versions of themselves. Whether you're facing specific challenges or simply trying to navigate life (because aren't we all?), I’m here to offer a warm and safe place to heal - with a good sprinkle of humor and fun.

My approach to therapy

My approach is soft, exploratory, and client-centered—I believe you are the true expert on your own life, and I’m here to help you navigate it. I aim to create a warm and authentic environment where laughter is welcome and judgment is left at the door. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and the unique identity shifts that happen in your teens, 20s, and 30s. Ultimately, I view our work as a greenhouse: my job is to provide the safety and tools you need to blossom into the version of yourself you strive to be.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about the 'vibe' and making sure you feel safe, seen, and heard. We’ll have a low-pressure conversation about what’s bringing you in and what 'blooming' looks like for you right now. There's no wrong way to start, and I’m happy to take the lead if you aren't sure where to begin. By the end of our first hour, we’ll have a shared understanding of your goals and a clear path forward for our work together.
