Great to meet you!

As a certified EMDR psychotherapist and social worker, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that first step! I’ve been practicing for 15 years as a social worker, but in the last decade, I have shifted my main focus to clients aged 18 and up who are struggling with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory call, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
