Great to meet you!

My name is Alexandra, though most people call me Alex.

Life can be messy, overwhelming, and at times downright exhausting. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, grief, relationship challenges, or navigating a major life transition, it can feel like you've lost your footing or aren't quite sure who you are anymore. I work with adolescents and adults who are looking for a space to show up as they are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that they need to have it all figured out.

I have meaningful experience supporting individuals navigating eating disorder recovery, helping clients build practical coping skills to manage urges while also exploring the deeper stories, beliefs, and emotions that shape their relationship with themselves. I also work with individuals processing grief and loss, recognizing that healing isn't about "moving on," but learning how to carry what matters while continuing to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy isn't about fixing you—because you aren't a problem to be solved. It's about having someone walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what you value. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and gently challenging, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, creativity, and genuine human connection. Together, we'll work to understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your sense of self, and create space for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy doesn't require you to have the right words, the perfect story, or a clear roadmap. You just have to show up. We'll figure out the rest together.
