Great to meet you!

Curiosity is at the heart of how I practice. I believe understanding the patterns behind our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors creates space for meaningful change.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling. My work is trauma-informed and integrates DBT, CBT, ACT, and the Unified Protocol, allowing me to tailor therapy to each person's unique goals and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on balancing acceptance and change. I believe people deserve to feel heard, understood, and validated while also being challenged to grow and move toward the life they want. Therapy isn't just about talking through problems—it's also about developing new perspectives, building skills, and making meaningful changes that carry over into everyday life.

Our sessions don't have to feel overly formal. I'm open-minded and genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with. There's room for humor when it helps, but I also keep your goals in focus and make sure we're making progress toward what matters most to you. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates DBT, CBT, ACT, and the Unified Protocol, allowing me to tailor therapy to your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and decide whether we're a good fit. I'll ask questions about what brought you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to get out of our work together, but there's no pressure to share everything at once. We can go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to leave with a better understanding of how I work, a clearer idea of what you'd like to accomplish in therapy, and confidence that you have someone in your corner who is invested in helping you reach those goals.
