Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults with ADHD, autism, and learning differences. I help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, school avoidance, and transitions into young adulthood. I also work closely with parents, offering guidance and practical strategies to help them better support and advocate for their child.

What sets my work apart is my background as a school psychologist. With over 10 years of experience in public schools, I bring a strong understanding of learning disabilities, IEPs, and school systems. I help families not only cope emotionally, but also better understand and navigate the supports their child needs.

I am especially passionate about helping young people build confidence, manage anxiety, and navigate life’s transitions with greater ease. I also care deeply about supporting parents, who are often carrying so much behind the scenes, and helping them feel more empowered, informed, and supported along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where children, teens, young adults, and parents feel comfortable, supported, and understood. I am also culturally responsive in my work and value the importance of each client’s unique background and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive conversation where we focus on getting to know you. My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and confident.
