Great to meet you!

Hi!

I’m Alexandra, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing modern virtual therapy. I often work with teens, college students, young professionals, parents, and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship and family stress, life transitions, and the pressure of trying to keep up with everything life demands.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth — I want therapy to feel supportive, honest, and comfortable enough for you to show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll work toward better understanding yourself, building healthier patterns, and creating meaningful change that feels realistic and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

I know starting therapy can feel vulnerable or intimidating, especially when you’re used to being the one holding everything together. My goal is to create a space that feels genuine, supportive, and comfortable enough for you to show up exactly as you are — no pressure to have the “right” words or pretend everything is fine.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and practical, with a focus on creating a space that feels both supportive and productive. I aim to help clients better understand themselves while creating meaningful change that feels realistic for everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start understanding what’s bringing you to therapy — no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive. We’ll talk about what’s been feeling difficult, what patterns or stressors you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping will feel different moving forward. I’ll also ask some background questions so I can better understand the bigger picture. Most clients leave the first session feeling relieved to finally have a space that feels supportive, grounded, and honest.
