Great to meet you!

Therapy can be a comfortable place to unpack life’s “uncomfortable” moments. I believe therapy is collaborative and that a relaxed, honest, and at times humorous communication style helps create an authentic environment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is conversational, engaging, and often includes humor. I find that humor can help create connection, offer perspective, and make difficult topics feel more approachable.

I particularly enjoy working with high-stress professionals who are navigating demanding careers, competing priorities, and the pressures that come with high levels of responsibility. Together, we explore not only the challenges you're facing, but also the values that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

The first part of our work focuses on building a connection and understanding what matters most to you. Together, we'll explore your goals, consider different ways of approaching them, and create a plan for where to begin. I view the process as a collaborative partnership, where we work together to find strategies that fit your unique situation.
