Hi! I am both a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a family nurse practitioner. This unique perspective allows me to take into account the whole person in their care as we cannot separate the mind and body. I specialize in ADHD diagnosis and management, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder.
I believe in a holistic approach to care. This means treating and considering the whole person. I approach each individual with empathy and compassion, working together to improve their mental health and overall, wellbeing.
In their first session, clients can expect an introduction and thorough psychiatric interview. This means evaluating any psychiatric and physical histories, symptoms, current treatment goals and coming up with a treatment plan together.
