Calling all Sensitive Hearts. Who feel everything on the deepest level, who cannot bear all the pain and injustice in this world. Who feel terrified and deeply ashamed. Who struggle to be their true selves in relationships. And who have wild imaginations, vivid dreams, amazing capacity to love, connect, create, to see life with childlike wonder and awe... Who may exist outside binaries and feel like aliens in this capitalist system. Who may have gotten diagnoses of bipolar II, adhd, c-ptsd...

My fellow empathic, expressive, deep thinking, deep feeling beings... Come take a seat in my little corner of the world. Where it is warm, safe, and quiet. Still, gentle, and slow. Caring, silly, and tender. Where you can cry, rage, move and dance, heal, and rest. Where you can find solid ground beneath you, in the presence of another Sensitive Heart. I use Internal Family Systems a ton and other experiential, mindfulness-based, relational, expressive, somatic, trauma healing approaches. I draw on ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families) Loving Reparenting skills and philosophies a lot too.

I am with you, I am you, and we can do this together. The political forces in power want to keep us powerless and separate but I believe we have revolutionary love on our side. I want to support you to access this force of Infinite Love that can heal your trauma, support nourishing, beautiful relationships, and carry you through anything.
