Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in various settings including outpatient, nonprofit, and school programs. I've also worked with oncology and intensive care patients in a hospital setting, which deepened my understanding of grief counseling and medical advocacy.

I am trained in EMDR and draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, with the goal of supporting individuals to feel safe and empowered in a non-judgmental space. I take the time to truly understand your story, your values, and what healing looks like for you—not just clinically, but personally. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful therapy can be when people feel empowered in their own growth. It’s a privilege to be part of someone’s healing journey, and I strive to meet each client with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
