Great to meet you!

Maybe your mind never seems to slow down, you're carrying anxiety that's hard to shake, depression that makes even ordinary days feel heavy, or you're still affected by something difficult from your past. If managing ADHD leaves you constantly feeling behind or frustrated with yourself, I understand how exhausting that can be. I work with people navigating exactly these experiences, and I believe you deserve a space where none of it has to be explained perfectly, it just gets to be understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and meets you where you actually are, not where you think you should be. We'll work through the patterns behind your anxiety or depression, and when ADHD is part of the picture, we'll focus on practical strategies that work with how your brain actually functions rather than against it. When trauma is part of your story, we'll move through it at a pace that feels safe, never rushed. Together we'll build tools you can use in your everyday life, not just in session.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to arrive with the right words or a clear explanation of what's wrong. We'll start with what's been weighing on you lately, whether that's anxiety, depression, ADHD, or something from your past that still shows up in the present. I'll ask questions to understand your experience and what you're hoping changes. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready for. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer sense of where we can begin.
