Great to meet you!

As an Air Force veteran and LCSW, I specialize in helping individuals move out feeling stuck in a state of chronic stress, fight or flight, and trauma. I approach your challenges with a focus on both the body and mind, utilizing somatic informed techniques, DBT, and EMDR to help you regulate your nervous system, process past experiences, and find lasting stability.

My approach to therapy

My personal style is not to give advice or tell you how to live your life, but empower you to find freedom from emotional dysregulation, challenging life experiences, and feeling stuck. I will explore your challenges while walking alongside you and helping you find clarity. I like to work with you to find the best approach in meeting your goals, as you are the expert of your own experience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be focused on getting to know each other, and I will invite you to share about yourself and what brings you to therapy so that we can begin exploring goals and a path forward together.
