As a therapist, I help guide clients to finding overall joy and peace in their everyday lives. Together, we can better your mental health through lifestyle changes including improved nutrition, exercise, and sleep cycles. It is important that we work together to learn how to challenge intrusive thoughts and practice mindful behaviors. It is helpful to set goals for yourself and take small steps towards achieving them each week.
You can expect to leave sessions with a feeling of relief and regulation. A feeling that someone believes in you and is on your side. You will get closer to your personal goals each week and together we will stay on track!
