Great to meet you!

My passion is to inspire others to help themselves in order to meet their goals, heal, and find peace. I believe everyone has the potential for personal growth and healing and can take an active role in making that happen. I like to help my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves so they can accept themselves as whole and complete. Throughout my experience over the last 24 years, I have worked with ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse populations over the last 22 years.

My approach to therapy

I know that no single approach is right for everyone, and I focus on meeting my clients where they are at, and work from there. I can integrate a solution-focused approach to help clients meet their needs, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help refocus the mindset.

What you can expect from me

You can expect collaboration, compassion, empathy, and honesty.
