Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a certified Perinatal Mental Health counselor (PMH-C). I've always been a believer that prioritizing your mental health and well-being is a key factor to having a happier, more stable life. I work with a range of clients/issues including adults and teens with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, and women's health. I am particularly passionate about mental health throughout family planning, and pre/post-natal.

My approach to therapy

Therapy looks different for everyone because everyone has a unique story. I take an individualized approach to therapy, basing each session on a clients' needs and circumstances. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
