Great to meet you!

Do you find yourself overthinking your relationships: questioning what you said, how they feel, or whether things are going to fall apart even when they seem okay?

I work with young adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, and relationship stress. Even when things look fine on the outside, it can feel exhausting internally trying to make sense of it all.

My approach to therapy

I have a trauma-informed background, which means we’ll also pay attention to how past experiences may be shaping current patterns, without making therapy feel overwhelming or stuck in the past.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I’ll help you understand your patterns, challenge what’s keeping you stuck, and build something that actually feels more secure and grounded.

What you can expect from me

I currently offer virtual sessions and have availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am-2:00 pm. If you’re interested in getting started, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to connect with a free consultation.
