I prioritize remaining authentic, genuine, and transparent in all of my therapeutic work. While engaging in individual therapy, I take a person-centered, humanistic approach to the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills. I believe that it is extremely important to therapeutic work to meet each of my clients “where they are at” and to tailor treatment to each person’s individual needs. It is my goal to always practice through the lens of cultural humility and identity affirmation.
