Great to meet you!

I received my B.S. in Child and Adolescent Development where I focused on infant brain development and attachment before moving receiving my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. With my background in human development, I am especially passionate about how those early years in infancy really form our unique foundations. I enjoy working with people across the lifespan, especially during significant milestones and life transitions, such as: starting college, navigating a significant relationship, becoming a parent and/or becoming a caregiver to an aging parent. During my traineeship, I also worked in an adult day center supporting adults dealing with memory impairment and their families.

My approach to therapy

I work from a multi-disciplinary lens called Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB). My approach is deeply trauma-informed with an attachment lens. IPNB understands that our experiences and the significant relationships we have had throughout our development has shaped and guided us to our current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are no longer serving us. I also love to incorporate experiential tools like art, journaling and meditation wherever appropriate.

What you can expect from me

An inquisitive and non-judgmental space where you can be your most authentic self. I will bear witness to your journey, bring awareness to old patterns and champion your steps towards healing. My hope is for you to have a deeper, more compassionate relationship to yourself, the important people in your life, and the world around you.
