Great to meet you!

I have more than ten years of experience in the mental health field, working with clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including severe mental illness, emotional distress, life transitions, and everyday stressors.

My clinical experience has allowed me to develop a broad and flexible skill set, including CBT and other evidence-based approaches.

I am empathetic, motivated, and committed to understanding each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and needs. My goal is to provide personalized support that helps you feel empowered as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. I meet clients where they are, recognizing that everyone enters therapy with different experiences, needs, and levels of readiness for change.

I draw from CBT techniques and various other therapeutic approaches to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, and develop greater insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside each client to determine which strategies feel most comfortable and effective. I strive to help clients feel supported, respected, and actively involved throughout the therapeutic process.

Together, we will work toward meaningful, modern, and manageable change that feels authentic to you and as stress-free as possible.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients can speak openly and feel accepted for who they are.

Together, we will identify realistic goals based on your individual needs, whether you are seeking healthier coping strategies, improved emotional regulation, stronger relationships, increased confidence, or a greater sense of stability.

I focus on helping clients recognize their strengths while developing practical tools they can use outside of therapy. Progress may look different for everyone, so we will regularly explore what is working and adjust our approach when needed.

My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more empowered, self-aware, and prepared to navigate life’s challenges.
