Great to meet you!

I've spent 10 years in the field of behavioral health, the last 4 as a licensed mental health therapist. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Phoenix Seminary, and much of my clinical experience comes from residential treatment settings, where I worked closely with clients facing addiction, OCD, and other debilitating life issues. That work also deepened my interest in spiritual integration, helping clients process religious trauma, navigate shifts in belief, and reconnect with their faith (or find peace outside of one) in ways that support their healing rather than complicate it.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and empathetic; I want you to feel like you can bring anything into the room without fear of judgment. At the same time, I believe real growth requires being challenged, not just supported, so I'll gently push you to look at the patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck. I also don't take myself too seriously; humor shows up naturally in our work, because healing doesn't have to feel heavy all the time. Within this style, I bring specialized focus to addiction, OCD, and spiritual integration, adapting my approach to fit what each of these areas actually requires, whether that's structured, skills-based work for OCD, or slower, more exploratory conversations around faith and spiritual trauma.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be open about the issues in your life that bring you to therapy. You won't feel rushed into sharing anything you're not ready to talk about. Together, we'll talk about what you can expect from therapy with me and determine whether I'm the right fit for you.
