Great to meet you!
I believe we are all in a constant flow of relationships to each other and ourselves and that these relations shape the way we move and exist in the world. There are so many factors impacting us daily, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, neurodivergence, or plain day-to-day stress. As we consider those factors in relation to ourselves, we can really understand their impact on how we relate to the world. I have spent four years at a family study center where I've worked closely with neurodivergent and neurotypical children and their families.
