Great to meet you!

Every person brings a unique story into the room, and because of that, I don't believe in forcing clients into a single therapeutic framework or viewing their struggles through one particular lens. My background as a licensed mental health counselor has helped build my 'toolkit' in being able to support you in your challenges and struggles. My hope is clients can begin to create their own 'therapeutic toolkit' to help them navigate life in its peaks and valleys.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, eclectic in skill and intervention, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and challenges that have shaped you while making space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

I pride myself on creating a warm, relaxing, and supportive environment where clients preconceptions about therapy can melt away. I like setting a foundation for therapy in the first session with goals and areas of focus for therapy, in addition to identifying an intention or 'why' for seeking therapy at this stage of their life.
